Moms of Hope of the Bayou Region
Moms of Hope of the Bayou Region is a 501c3 non profit organization that was established by Heather Benoit after enduring the loss of her sweet Millie. It serves as an infant loss awareness and support network.
Moms of Hope is a community built from love, remembrance, and healing. We support families walking through the heartbreak of infant loss—offering compassion, services, and connection during the hardest of times.
Each year, we come together for our Wave of Light event—lighting candles in memory of our precious babies and releasing butterflies as symbols of hope and healing.
Our biggest act of love, the Hope Boxes, are gifted to grieving mothers to remind them they are never alone. Inside each box is a message of comfort, a touch of remembrance, and a promise that their baby’s memory lives on.
Together, we honor, remember, and find light through one another.
